The Board proposes prosecuting the three above-named for operating commercial air services without being licensed by the Board to do so and it will be necessary to obtain certificates from your Department as to the ownership if the following aircraft:

  • CF-EUT alleged to be owned by Leo Lamothe.
  • CF-HNK alleged to be owned by Brivel Explorations Limited or Brian Fitzpatrick, President of the company.
  • CF-DLN alleged to be owned by Acme Drilling Limited.

It would be appreciated if you would provide me with a separate certificate of ownership for each of these three aircraft.

Yours truly,
for John R. Belcher,
Secretary
