| (1987) | Owner Mr. Ed Hart beached the airplane onto a beach when he applied full power to 'slide' the Seabee on its hull up on dry land. Later he backed the Seabee off the beach and continued to an other destination. He landed on water again and moored the Seabee in Michigan City Harbor. When he returned to the Seabee it had sunk, probably due to damages inflicted when beaching. | |
