1947-07-01 During a heavy thunderstorm the Seabee broke the moorings and right wing float was damaged when it hit land.
1947-09-28 During operations on Sandhemssjön (lake), one of the wing floats broke off and the Seabee capsized.  Damages to hull and wing.
1948-04-16 Not airworthy until 1948-05-01.
1949-02-27 Prince Edward School, Salisbury, South Rhodesia.  Crashed on take off from bush airstrip in Belvedero, South Rhodesia.  The Seabee reached a height of 90 m AGL, when it started to lose height and crashed into ground.  Pilot and passengers escaped with light injuries.  The Seabee probably crashed due to approximately 50 kg overweight, hot air and high airstrip altitude. Aircraft destroyed.
1949-06-07 Cancelled from Swedish CAR.
