Amphibian Capsizes

Fort Lauderdale—(AP)—The third airplane accident in this area in as many Sundays left one person injured today and gave three others a ducking.
Mrs. Claude Bartholomew, winter visitor from Marshall, Mich., was taken to Broward General Hospital for treatment of a back injury received when the amphibian plane she was in capsized a mile off shore Sunday.
Pilot Kenneth Fuller, 27, of Detroit. said the water looked calm until the plane landed and that it overturned in attempting a takeoff.
Others in the plane were Mr. and Mrs. Louis E. Ferguson of Fort Lauderdale.
They were rescued by Arthur Wellman of Boston, aboard his 82-foot pleasure cruiser, Topsal.
