1952-01-17 Letter of Statement -from Gagnon Air Service Ltd.; Lamarche Boulevard, Chicoutimi, Quebec:
...
(1) A Seabee Aircraft, Registration CF-FSB was sold to Mr. Hector Fournier of Quebec by Gagnon Air Service Limited.
(2) The transaction was made at Quebec between Mr. Fournier and myself on July 10th 1950.
(3) We have been unable to find in our files a copy of the Bill of Sale dated July 13th 1950, or other correspondence mentioning Ancienne Lorette Airways as the owner of this Seabee. We were under the impression here, that Mr. Fournier was connected with Ancienne Loretta Airways and we presume it was due to this misconception that a Bill of Sale indicating the transfer of ownership from Gagnon Air Service Limited to Ancienne Lorette Airways, instead of Mr. Fournier, was sent to the Department of Transport.
