Geier, Aero Marine Inc., 4700 Airport Road, Lunken Airport, Cincinnati, Ohio 45226; and Ser. No. 19, Reg. 2019T, registered to Mr. Harvey Holz, 1020 West Crescent Ave., Park Ridge, Illinois.

Would you please note and record that these aircraft have been altered to Model TSC-1A1 from TSC-1A.
