1976-08-24 At TOT 373:05 aircraft crashed at Hallandsvatnet (Halland Lake), Radøy. Due to evening mist, pilot lost references during landing and the aircraft entered the water at a steep angle.  Aircraft flipped over on its back.  Pilot escaped with only broken ancle.  Aircraft sank, but was later salvaged by insurance company for rebuild by Norrønafly Rakkestad AS, Rakkestad.  Major damages to the bow/nose area.
1977-03-10 Rebuild completed by Norrønafly Rakkestad AS, Rakkestad.  Minor changes to paint scheme.
1994-08-14 Last flight of aircraft at TOT 1160:50.
1994-08-20 Aircraft totally destroyed by arson fire to aircraft hangar at Hallandsvatnet SPB ("Halland Lake"), Radøy.
