1996 Completion halted due to financial difficulties at International Aeromarine, Inc. (IAI).
1998 Seized by Crown Trucking Services due to IAI not able to pay transportation bill for moving IAI assets from Fort Erie to North Bay, Ontario.
? Norwegian Registration reservation cancelled.
1999-01-13 Acquired by Mr. Richard S. Callis and Mr. Arnfinn Halland.
1999 Transported to St. Thomas, Ontario, for intended completion by Thomas H. Martindale, in co-operation with Purple Hill Air Ltd.
2002- Arrangements made with Lake Central Air Services, Muskoka Airport (CYQA), Gravenhurst, Ontario, Canada, for final assembly to 'new' condition. Originally a Model TSC-1A2, the aircraft will be completed to Model TSC-1A3 configuration, with a new 180 hp Lycoming O-360-A1H6 engine, mounted on a new type engine pylon, with a new design engine cowling.  The carburetor will be of "horizontal" type (not "updraft" type as installed on 180 hp S/n 22).
