Dear Sir,

I would like to reserve a registration number (399RB) for an aircraft I am importing into the United States from Canada.

This aircraft is a 1978 TEAL II AMPHIBIAN Model TSC-1A2, Serial Number #36, and is presently being manufactured at the factory in Ft. Erie, Ont. Canada.  This aircraft was previously registered in Canada (C-GSXQ).  I have requested the factory, who is the present owner, to deregister the aircraft for export to the United States.  This aircraft is being manufactured by International Aeromarine Inc. of Ft. Erie Ont. Canada L2A 5N2.

I have been in communication with Susie Quinland of your office regarding this matter.

Enclosed is my check in the amount of $10.00.

Thank You,

Darrell D. Latham
