Republic Seabee Sales Literature

"Landing Unlimited" (1946)

This 20-page Republic Seabee brochure was released in 1946.  From the foreword;

Many know that the Seabee Amphibian, now offered ny the Republic Aviation Corporation as an answer to demands of private fliers the world over for an amphibian plane within the reach of their pocketbook, is a product of the same company that made 15,329 P-47 Thunderbolts for the Army Air Forces of the United States and for six of the United Nations.

This story of the Seabee, called "Landings Unlimited", is dedicated not only to the tens of thousands who flew or serviced or worked on Thunderbolts during the war, but also to that great host of men and women who love flying and who now, from their rich experience in many fields and many roles in wartime aviation, are destined to be leaders in the new worlds of private flying.

Republic again pays tribute to the gallant and versatile Navy Construction Batallions - famous "Seabees" for whom, with the approval of the Secretary of the Navy, our own Seabee is named.

 "Set Up to Stay Up..." (1946)

The four-place Republic Seabee amphibian is so planned and constructed that one may expect flying hours well in excess of today's standards..., but when routine adjustments are needed, promt service, expert workmanship amd charges based on carefully predetermined costs, are assured Seabee owners by the country-wide "set-up" of distributor and dealers who literally constitute a Blue Ribbon Roster of Aviation Leaders.

["Flying"; November, 1946]

"Slide Rule" (1946)

A fine old proverb long ago measured reputation in slide rule ratio - "a man is known by the company he keeps"...

So, too, the measure of a product's value is revealed by the character and integrity of those who sell it.

We believe tha no finer warranty of our product's merit can be offered than our Blue Ribbon Roster of Aviation Leaders - the distributors listed on the right and the six-hundred authorized dealers who sell and service the Republic Seabee throughout America....
